Places Julia Goes

A collection of the places I’ve wandered, explored, photographed, and never want to forget.

A well-traveled, weathered leather backpack resting against a sun-warmed stone wall on a narrow European alleyway, its zippers half-open to reveal a folded map, a colorful notebook, and a vintage-style camera. Cobbled stones lead the eye toward a softly blurred plaza in the distance, dotted with outdoor café tables and potted plants. Late afternoon golden hour light pours in from the side, casting long, playful shadows and making the backpack’s texture glow. Photographic realism, shot at eye level with a shallow depth of field, emphasizing the intimate, personal feel of a solo travel moment and the promise of stories tucked just out of frame.
